The Cottages at Lake Park is a 35-unit RCAC (residential community apartment complex) located in a convenient neighborhood setting of Marinette, across the street from health services and a grocery store.

Studio, one and two- bedroom deluxe apartments are intended for those who are independent, but desire the conveniences and services offered in a more social setting with 24-hour staff for personal and emergency assistance.

Lake Park is unique in having a beautiful stone waterfall feature surrounded by a walking trail. Wildflowers and trees line the pathway creating a wonderful view while sitting on the benches.
